I make everything in our house; nothing is processed or store bought, so I believe in buying and using the right tools.I've owned Analon Anodized cooking pans, for several years. I needed a heavy, even cooking pie pan. After considering several pie pans, I decided to try the Analon Advanced Nonstick pie pan; I'm glad I did.The pan is heavy enough to evenly heat the crust. There are no hot spots on the bottom. The entire pie comes out of the oven, golden brown on all sides, and bottom. The non-stick interior allows for easy clean up. The hand grips ensure easy and safe transfer to and from the oven.I'm extremely finicky about the food I feed my family. If I go to the trouble of making something from scratch, I demand perfection from my equipment. The Analon pie pan fits this criteria. I highly recommend it to others.
