These HEFTY EZ FOIL PIE PANS work well for pies that are supposed to be nine inches. They also work well for heating food in the stove. For instance, I enjoy leftovers, but I don't enjoy reheating them in the microwave; food re-heated in a microwave just doesn't taste the same. I often place my leftovers in one of these HEFTY EZ FOIL PIE PANS and heat them up in the oven. My only issue with these pie plans are that they aren't as strong as they were just two or three years ago. Pie pans used to be fairly heavy duty and you could use them over and over and over and over. Though these are "hefty" pie pans, they don't last much longer than three or four uses before they start to show some major wear and tear. Overall, these are good pie pans for nine inch pies and for heating items in the stove. However, they aren't made to last and will only remain in shape for a few cookings.
