I love my aluminum pie pan. It browns my pies a lot more evenly in my convection oven than my pyrex. The only drawback is it scratches easy, so I will have to find a new cutting utensil.

Bought two of these pie pans and they work just fine. Because of other reviewers' alerts about scratches, I also bought a flexible non-metal spatula to cut/serve and that works, too.The crusts bake up crispy without burning, and the rim around the edge allows pretty fluting of the crust. Occasionally the crust stuck, but now I spray the pan first and the crusts come out easily. These pans replace what I used to use: aluminum foil pans from grocery store frozen crusts. Of course, these pans are sturdy and stay intact through repeated use.
