I received this product, along with the 5" pan, today. The labels were CEMENTED on so tight I couldn't even scratch them off with my nails. So I decided to soak the pans in hot water (just water) to loosen the cemented labels. In less than an hour, just sitting covered in water, they rusted! Let me reiterate, they were covered with the water... there is no way they should have rusted in clean hot water with no exposure to air! I instantly filed a return request with Amazon.I do 99% of my shopping online, and Amazon gets at 50% or more of that business. I have absolutely never been disappointed with products I've received from Amazon. They package well, the shipment is fast, and the website is helpful in evaluating various products.I do not hold Amazon responsible for this one (and only one) disappointment in all the years I've been buying from them, and I will continue to buy from Amazon. But this particular product is total junk, and I ask reviewers to consider my experience before buying. Thank you.

How do you screw up a pie tin? Here's a way...take a useless paper label and attach to a piece of metal bakeware. Don't use a sticky dot or an easy peel label but completely weld it on with last-forever industrial adhesive. Mine has been soaking for 24 hours and it hasn't made a dent so now I'll try mineral spirits or acetone ON COOKWARE. Will it bake a pie? Probably. 1-star rating is for charging customers money and then making them work to undo a poor or cheap packaging decision.UPDATED November 2010 - Well, after an order in 2009 came without the iron glue so I thought Fox Run had gotten smarter. I was wrong. They're back to using non-water soluble glue to attach a worthless label. Ordered 6 pans and now have to clean them up or return them. The only thing I've found that will remove the glue and attached label paper is mineral spirits (i.e., paint thinner). I don't recommend this because mineral spirits are highly toxic. I called Fox Run and was told to contact Amazon.com. Apparently Amazon is to blame for Fox Run not knowing how to make or package cookware.If you're looking for a good 7" pie pan search for the Marinex 7" fluted glass pie plate. This size pie pan is perfect for the left over crust and filling of pumpkin pies, also a good size to devide your favorate recepie into two pies and either freeze one or share one ( but you want your pan back). As a senor citizen so often one pie is just too much. This size pan solves the problem.
