A fantastic purchase-my pie was the best yet (and I bake a lot).The pie did not stick to the pan, the crust came out completely baked all the way to the center, and it seemed to bake more evenly.The color of the pan accented my pie, too!The ridges protected the ends from getting too brown. I think it was one of the easiest pies I have made! The price is worth it!

Emile Henry ceramics are amazing. Food bakes up perfectly, they clean like a dream, and are attractive from serving to storage. I was skeptical when someone first recommended the line to me, but I have come to find that they are pretty close to magical. I have several of these pie dishes because really, if you are making up one pie, you might as well make up 2 or 3.
