You can't go wrong with Le Creuset. This pie plate is beautiful and cooks its contents thoroughly. I've used a regular knife to cut the pies as well, and the coating on the dish doesn't chip.

I ordered the 10 inch pie plate, I got the small utensil crock. I ordered it for a Christmas gift exchange so not a huge deal, they were the same price. But the crock it beautiful. If that was what I ordered it'd be a five star!
